One of the IT/ Tech company with office based in Ho Chi Minh is calling for Employee Engagement and Development Manager job.

About the Employee Engagement and Development Manager Role:

This position will play an important role together with other HR leaders, this role's missions & responsibilities are to create & nurture a high-performing and desirable work environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, pilot, delivery, and evaluation of innovative Learning & Development strategies, initiatives, programs, and practices that support organisational and individual performance and growth
  • Help shape and build key capabilities and competencies and prepare the organisation for sustainable talent demand and development in the highly competitive talent context
  • Establish and promote an engaging learning culture in which learners being the center and self-driven motivators and organisation being co-investor and facilitator of the learning process
  • Lead the development & execution of culture & employee engagement programs to foster the learning and sharing culture, promote potential ideas and increase employee’s experience
  • Foster the company culture, values & missions, and employee engagement practices to align with company goals.
  • Oversee the smooth execution of people operations and processes to ensure high quality delivery of engagement & L&D programs/initiatives
  • Build & manage a comprehensive set of analytics to measure & evaluate learning & development effectiveness to promote continuous improvement plans
  • Participate in other HR corporate and team projects which support the shaping and enhancement our company core values, employer branding, and engagement & retention practices
  • Proven passion and experience as a Learning & Organisational Development / Employee Engagement Manager or similar roles in fast-growing tech startup environments with geographically dispersed employees
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (in English); sharp business acumen
  • Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods that utilise digital solutions (LMS, e-Learning, etc)
  • Familiar with digital employee engagement platforms, survey tools (eNPS), and modern HR best practices
  • A people-first mindset with passion or motivation to grow and engage people in an inclusive and diverse environment
  • Hands-on experience in project management, budgeting, and execution
  • Ability to build rapport with internal (employees) and external (vendor, partner) stakeholders

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

  • BSc/BA in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields
  • Understanding of hi-tech industry and ability to utilise insights about the trends
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams; share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback
