What you'll do:
As the L&D Director, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our organisation. Your role will involve developing a comprehensive L&D strategy that aligns with our business objectives. You will establish a structured learning framework that caters to different roles and career stages within our organisation. Your expertise will be crucial in designing training programs that enhance our organisational capability. You will also be tasked with developing an enterprise-wide talent management framework that attracts, develops, and retains high-potential employees.
- Develop and implement a group-wide learning and development (L&D) strategy aligned with the organization’s business objectives.
- Establish a structured learning framework, including competency-based development pathways for different roles.
- Design and oversee training programs, leadership development initiatives, and learning interventions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs through key performance indicators (KPIs) and learning analytics.
- Develop and implement an enterprise-wide talent management framework to attract, develop, and retain high-potential employees.
- Drive and manage the succession planning process for critical roles.
- Work closely with HR and business leaders to integrate performance management with capability development.
- Develop and manage the L&D budget effectively.
- Ensure compliance with learning governance, policies, and reporting requirements.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, HR Management, Training & Education.
- At least 12–15 years of professional experience with an emphasis on learning and development.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing learning strategies at an enterprise level.
- Strong knowledge of leadership development, competency frameworks, and digital learning solutions.
- Experience in driving large-scale transformation and change management initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
