What you'll do:

- Coordinate with internal and external trainers to develop relevant content, evaluate programme effectiveness, and ensure seamless delivery of all scheduled courses.
- Organise logistics for training sessions—including venues, materials, meals, and other essentials—while maintaining strict adherence to approved budgets for maximum efficiency.
- Deliver engaging behavioural competency training programmes directly to management teams, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
- Monitor learner progress by guiding employees in applying new knowledge on the job, assessing outcomes against established benchmarks, and providing timely feedback to direct managers.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities by updating histories monthly via shared drives or email systems, ensuring transparency and accessibility for all stakeholders.
- Analyse post-training evaluation data in partnership with area and regional managers to propose actionable follow-up steps that drive ongoing performance enhancement.
- Review existing training programmes annually based on competency frameworks; design new e-learning content as needed to keep methodologies current and effective.
