What You'll Do
As the Director of Organizational Development, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the company. You will keep abreast of organizational development, change initiatives, and transformation projects to provide timely supports and advises in organization design to achieve long-term business strategies. You will also propose new designs or change organizational structure to leverage talents and provide development opportunities to key leaders and managers in the organization. Furthermore, you will work closely with business leaders to analyze the need of business and operation management.
- Design organisational and HR frameworks, systems, and policies
- Drive the implementation of organisation and HR plans
- Manage stakeholders and partners related to professional fields
- Develop a high-performing organisation
- Participate in development and support of human resource budget management and labour costs
What You Bring
The ideal candidate for the Director of Organizational Development role brings a wealth of experience in HR management and organisational development. With at least 15 years of experience in similar roles, you have demonstrated your ability to drive culture-change programmes, advise on work design choices and approaches, manage restructure project management, policy development and reports. Your excellent interpersonal & communication skills enable you to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders within the organisation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or HR Management
- At least 15 years of working experience in management positions in Human Resource & Organizational Development
- Proficiency in English
- Strong HR/OD focus and flair
- High profile expertise in the specific industry with a proven track record in change management processes
