You will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and monitoring the HR Strategy to align with Business Goals. As part of your role, you will serve as the HR Excellence Center, offering guidance to HRBPs on best practices, strategies, and solutions to optimize HR operations and drive organizational success.

What you'll do:
As an Organizational Development Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's organization. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, implement, and improve the organizational structure across the group. This includes advising on organizational design principles to align with overall business strategy. You will also be tasked with developing annual workforce plans that align with the company’s budget and strategic objectives. Furthermore, you will lead initiatives to develop and enhance HR frameworks, policies, processes, and systems that support organizational development and talent management.

- Deploy and promote HR digitalization processes (HR software) that supports the group's HR needs and processes
- Assist Group CPO to plan, deploy, and execute HR strategies in line with business objectives
- Monitor and assess the execution of HR strategies to ensure alignment and success across all companies & subsidiaries
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Organizational Development Director position brings a wealth of experience in human resources or business administration. With at least 8-10 years of experience in organizational development or a similar role under your belt, you have proven experience managing complex organizational change initiatives. Your strong understanding of organizational design principles combined with your in-depth knowledge of HR policies makes you an expert advisor on matters relating to workforce planning and talent management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in organizational development, HR strategy or similar roles
- Proven experience in managing complex organizational change initiatives
- Experience in working with senior leadership and advising on organizational strategy and HR policies
- Strong understanding of organizational design principles, workforce planning, and talent management
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, HRIS systems, and best practices in HR management
