Recruitment Consultant

What you'll do:

• Generate new client leads and present unique selling propositions
• Gain a thorough understanding of the client's business, culture and resourcing requirements
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
• Develop and implement short and long-term recruitment campaigns
• Provide consultation to a large network of candidates with both immediate and long-term career needs
• Source talents and interview before shortlist to client
• Manage the interview process and negotiate with clients on remuneration packages

What you bring:

• At least 3 years of working experience in MNC, with stable tenure and good track record
• KPI driven position is a plus
• Recruitment experience is mandatory for Senior Consultant level with impressive track record of placements and strong KPIs
• Strong sales mindset with determination to succeed and to achieve financial target
• Professional profiency in English
• Team player mentality, self-motivation and resilience
• Good communication skills and ability to engage with various stakeholders from different levels and nationalities
