A well-known multinational logistics company based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, is calling applications for Talent Acquisition Specialist (Cambodia).
About the Talent Acquisition Specialist (Cambodia):
Reports to Area Talent Acquisition Manager, based in Ho Chi Minh city (Vietnam) and is responsible for advising and executing sourcing strategies in the region to bring in the right talent for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for on-time delivery of talent to the business by effective utilisation of sourcing strategies
- Building trusted partnerships with APAC business and HR stakeholders; understand and cater to the hiring needs, capabilities and knowledge requirements & gaps.
- Lead the delivery of a seamless recruitment process to the organisation; effectively contributing to the process improvement measures essential for future HR transformations
- Develop and nurture potential leads through relevant hiring communities and events
- Deliver superior hiring manager and candidate experiences
- Advocate and champion diversity and university hiring initiatives to enable company to achieve its diversity ambition
- Talent Advisor to the business on talent demographics, market and competitor intelligence
- Deal with internal and external stakeholders
To succeed in this Talent Acquisition Specialist (Cambodia) position, you should have minimum three years of experiences in recruitment. You need to be comfortable in navigating and managing through various stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
- Knowledge and proven track record in implementing candidate engagement initiatives, executing digital campaigns
- Thought partnership, detail & result orientation, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English
- Business acumen and capacity to deal with international stakeholders
