Talent Acquisition Manager

A start up company in F&B Industry is looking for talent in Talent Acquisition Manager role.

About the Talent Acquisition Manager Role:

In this role, you will have opportunity to build up the team and procedure for the whole TA team. The business is going to expand in 2023 and there would be alot of opportunity for you to shine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit all positions of back office and
• Monitor headcount and allocate recruitment budget
• Lead Talent Acquisition Team to provide sufficient and qualified resource for business needs; Provide training, supports, and an active working environment to the team members
• Headhunt senior candidates from diverse sources: Vietnamworks, TopCV, Linkedin, Facebook, Social network, etc;
• Continuously improve and implement effective end to end recruitment process
• Handling offer letters, probation contracts
• Build relationship with university to improve employer branding

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Human Resources Management or Business Administration is preferred)
• Minimum three years' working experience in Recruitment and at least one year as Talent Acquisition Manager
• Experienced in F&B, FMCG or retail recruitment
• Ability to build up and maintain good relationship with other stakeholders
• Ability to work well in a team and individually
• Willingness to learn and share continuously; Creative, innovative, and strive for continuous improvement; Motivated in delivering top quality results
