Talent Acquisition Manager

A sourcing company based in HCM is looking for Talent Acquisition Manager.

About the Talent Acquisition Manager Role:

In this role, you will analyse, maintain records, and compile statistical reports concerning related data such as new hires, transfers, probation, performance rate, budget management…etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with department managers to identify recruitment requisitions
• Develop and oversee the implementation of an effective recruitment process
• Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms
• Manage employer branding: build employer branding action plan, design, update HR information on the company pages
• Plan and control integrated contents, job advertisements monthly via social media platforms
• Source critical and high potential talents in the industry for current and future recruitment

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, HR certificates or equivalent experience in related fields
• Minimum of five to eight years recruiting experience; work at trading or sourcing company
• Experience in full – cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding
• Can communicate in English and Chinese is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple tasks when need
• Ability to work independently and under high pressure
• Integrity, carefulness, transparency, discipline with a high sense of confidentiality and responsibility
• Preferred language for received applications: English
