What you'll do:
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization. You will develop strategic talent acquisition plans that align with our divisional business units, ensuring an effective sourcing and selection strategy. Your leadership skills will be put to good use as you guide and mentor a team of dedicated recruitment professionals. You will also actively manage relationships to ensure client satisfaction, while partnering closely with senior leadership to gather input and continuously educate on the process, roles, and responsibilities. Compliance with all procedures within the company's security policy is also a key aspect of this role.

What you bring:
To excel as a Talent Acquisition Manager, you should bring a wealth of experience from your minimum 5 years in Talent Acquisition. Fluency in both English and Vietnamese is essential for this role. A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field is required, though a Master's Degree is preferred. Your skill set should include an in-depth knowledge of staffing strategies, experience building high-performance talent acquisition teams, and proficiency in using personal computers and Microsoft Office products.
