What You'll Do
As a Recruitment Consultant, your role will be multifaceted, involving both client-facing tasks and candidate management. You will be responsible for generating new client leads, understanding their unique business needs, and building lasting relationships. Additionally, you will manage a large network of candidates, providing them with valuable career consultation services. Your role will also involve managing the interview process and negotiating remuneration packages on behalf of clients. - Generate new client leads and present unique selling propositions
