The ideal candidate for the Talent Acquisition Manager position brings a wealth of experience in building a robust recruiting infrastructure including strategy development, tool utilisation, and resume tracking systems. Your strong analytical problem-solving skills will be essential in navigating complex recruitment challenges. Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills are required as you'll be interacting with various stakeholders across different levels within the organisation. Your ability to negotiate and influence others will be key in driving recruitment initiatives forward. We're looking for someone who is adaptable, flexible, can manage multiple responsibilities/projects simultaneously, and has demonstrated experience facilitating change and leading process improvement.

• Experience building a recruiting infrastructure (i.e., recruiting strategy, recruiting tools, resume tracking systems)
