TA Assistant Manager
Our client is seeking a strategic, passionate, and highly organised Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager. This role will focus on three core areas: Talent Acquisition Operations, Employer Branding, and Project Management (Building Competency-Based Interview Frameworks). The successful candidate will be a self-learner with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating across departments to meet hiring and organisational objectives.

What you'll do:
As a Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's organisation. You will oversee the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. Your expertise in developing sourcing strategies will contribute to building a diverse pool of candidates. In addition to this, your role will involve developing employer branding initiatives that attract high-calibre candidates across various industries. You will also lead projects focused on designing competency-based interview frameworks aligned with organisational goals. - Manage full life-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of diverse, qualified candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, advise on talent needs, and align recruitment strategies with business objectives
- Develop and execute employer branding initiatives that directly support talent acquisition goals
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners to enhance recruitment pipelines through targeted branding efforts
- Represent the company at career fairs, industry conferences, and networking events
- Lead projects to design and implement competency-based interview frameworks for recruitment, performance management, and career development
- Conduct market research and collaborate with HR and business leaders to define role-specific competencies and skills requirements
- Manage project timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager position brings a wealth of experience in talent acquisition along with proven expertise in recruitment operations and employer branding. A background in project management would be beneficial as well as experience in building competency-based frameworks. You should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or a related field. Fluency in English is mandatory for this role. Your strong interpersonal skills will enable you to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- 5 – 7 years of experience in talent acquisition
- Proven expertise in recruitment operations, employer branding or project management
- Experience in building competency-based frameworks is desirable
- Fluent English is essential
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional teams
- Effective project management skills
