About the Software QA Manager Role:

You will manage the whole QA team with around 30 team members including both manual & automation test engineers. You need to be a hands-on software QA engineer in order to coach and develop your team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, plan and perform the test suite for both web and mobile applications & tools
• Coordinate closely with other technical teams including developers and PMs in Vietnam and US for better design, requirement analysis and tracing, and to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

To succeed in this role, you should have minimum six years' experience and knowledge in software methodology and tools, especially agile testing, and solid experience in a management role.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• Experience in developing automation test script/framework for testing mobile native app
• Strong knowledge in system design, design patterns, OOP concepts, iOS and Android app architecture, cloud and databases
• Very strong knowledge in at least one programming language. Experience as developer is highly preferred.
• Experience in E-commerce domain is a plus.
• Knowledge of CI, Jenkins and scripting languages (Shell bash) is a plus
• Solid experience in managing a SQA team, ideally with more than 20 members
• Very strong English communications skills
