About the Scrum Master Role:

Key responsibilities:

• Foster an open, honest and transparent relationship with key stakeholders
• Influence cross functional teams and bring high energy to the delivery team
• Responsible for continuous delivery and management of technical debt
• Resolve and handle conflicts within delivery team and other stakeholders
• Set the pace for delivery and motivate teams to succeed

To succeed in this role, you should possess at least two years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.

Key requirements:

• Bachelor or master degree in Computer Science or related fields
• Experience with Scrum ceremonies and practices
• Fluent communication in Vietnamese and English
