About the CTO Role:

This is a great opportunity for you to provide comprehensive support to various education campuses in Ho Chi Minh city.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise Board of Directors in directing IT developments strategically to align with the company's business strategy
• Lead and manage Management Information System department (infrastructure, security, business application and support)
• Develop and update IT policies, regulations and MIS documentation system
• Conduct strategic and tactical planning for all functional areas of information technology
• In charge of IT annual budget
• Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to upper management
• Motivate and train IT staffs

To succeed in this role, you must possess at least 10 years' experience as an IT Manager/IT Director.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in similar role
• Track records working with foreign organisations with at least 500+ users
• Very strong experience in ERP systems such as MS Dynamics, Solomon, Sun Systems, Oracles, SAP etc
• Experience in controlling information technology budget
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Outstanding communication abilities
• BSc/BA in computer science, engineering or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus
