SENIOR LEGAL COUNSEL Location: Ho Chi Minh

They are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join their international team to report directly to the regional Counsel, offering you the opportunity to make an impact globally. What you'll do:
* Review, draft and advise agreements and legal documents relating to game publication, payment channels, marketing, strategic partnerships, and diverse vendor engagements.
* Advise on applicable laws and regulations relevant to game publication and digital payments business.
* Work collaboratively with business and product teams to facilitate decision-making and enable commercial outcomes whilst duly safeguarding the Company’s interests.

What you bring:
* Approximately 5 years of legal experience in a reputable law firm or an in-house legal role for gaming (preferred) or e-payment, e-commerce, mobile App companies.
* Vietnamese Lawyer Practical Certificate (Lawyer card) preferred
* Fluency in English and Vietnamese
* Previous experience working in fast-paced environement and reporting to foreign stakeholders
