Our client, a MNC in Retail and Manufacturing of Consumer Electronics is seeking a highly knowledgeable and dependable Legal Manager to join their team in Hanoi. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive legal support and advice across various departments.

What you'll do:
* Provide daily legal and compliance support/advice
* Negotiate, draft, review and manage contracts and other documents
* Ensure all company operations and documents comply with Vietnamese and international law
* Represent the Company in disputes or claims from customers, suppliers, dealers and help external counsels in case of litigation
* Ensuring company policies are well established and conduct investigations if needed
* Work with external legal advisors on commercial advisory and litigation management

What you bring:

* Educaton in Law with a Bachelor's degree in Law and Lawyer Practical Certificate
* At least 7 years of Legal experience working in foreign companies
* Previous experience managing a team
* Full proficiency in English and Vietnamese
