What you will do:

  • Direct legal support and ensure compliance across business units.
  • Advise on contracts, disputes, and strategic decisions.
  • Lead compliance programs and monitor legal regulations.
  • Guide M&A transactions and assess related risks.
  • Offer investment advice and manage legal risks.
  • Resolve legal disputes and oversee contract management.
  • Develop the legal team and promote collaboration.

What you will bring:

  • University degree in Law, Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Qualified as a Lawyer in Vietnam
  • At least 12 years of Legal experience mixed between Law Firm and in-house
  • Previous management experience of a Legal team
  • Strong in M&A, Real Estate and in Corporate law
  • Showing skills such as proactive business advisory and strategic thinking, good communication with various level stakeholders, negotiation, leadership, project management, and data analysis
