Client Development Specialist

Salary: Competitive and based on experience Location: Ho Chi Minh

Our client, a globally recognised consulting firm, is on the lookout for a Client Development Specialist to be the primary point of contact for Request for Proposals (RFPs) in Vietnam.

What you'll do:
* Review and comprehend the requirements and submission formats of RFPs from potential clients
* Coordinate with various internal teams in preparing all documents for RFP response and provide necessary follow-ups
* Attend initial clarification meetings held by RFP issuer and provide summaries to the Partners
* Build and nurture good working relationships with clients’ procurement teams
* Work closely with the Risk & Compliance team to ensure compliance of cases if required
* Register and maintain the company as a vendor in the clients’ e-procurement portals
* Coordinate invoicing and deliverables sign-off where applicable
* Provide administrative support by receiving and routing calls, mails, and emails

What you bring:
* At least 2 years of work experience in a law firm or professional services environment and Bachelor in Law preferred
* Previous experience in a consulting / management services firm is strongly preferred, experience working on tender management and coordination would be a plus, or working with state-owned companies is an asset
* Full proficiency in English and Vietnamese
* Highly customer service oriented
