Senior Legal Counsel

A leading multinational organisation is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to oversee legal, ethics, and compliance matters in Vietnam. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with management, support key business decisions, and drive strong governance and compliance standards across the region.

What you’ll do:

• Lead legal, ethics, and compliance matters in Vietnam and other countries in the region

• Review complex contracts and ensure corporate governance compliance

• Manage litigation and external counsel, and advise management on legal risks

• Drive ethics & compliance initiatives, training, and internal investigations

• Oversee international trade compliance aligned with global standards

What you bring:

• Vietnamese legal qualification with 10+ years of relevant experience

• Background in MNCs or reputable law firms preferred

• Strong expertise in contracts, governance, compliance, and dispute management

• Proven ability to advise stakeholders and support business decisions

• Fluent English and strong cross-functional collaboration skills
