The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including document management, client communication, and supporting lawyers in the immigration process. This role requires an individual who can work in APAC countries timings, ensuring seamless collaboration with the team.

What you'll do:
As an Immigration Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team and clients throughout the immigration process. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing client files, preparing necessary documentation, liaising with clients, and providing administrative support to lawyers. You'll be entrusted with sensitive information, requiring a high level of discretion and attention to detail. Your ability to organise and manage multiple tasks will ensure smooth operations and contribute significantly to our commitment to helping clients navigate their immigration journey.

  • Create invoices upon contract signing and set up client files with initial information
  • Edit document checklist letters with relevant client details
  • Prepare form 956 with client details and visa type
  • Receive and review documents from clients against the document checklist
  • Rename and organise documents according to categories: Identity, Qualification, Employment, Misc
  • Upload documents in the correct file on the system
  • Communicate with lawyers regarding missing documents or information
  • Organise payslips, invoices etc. according to date and advise lawyer on missing dates
  • Draft applications with provided information
  • Send declaration forms to clients for signature once drafted
