Paralegal - International Law Firm

An international law firm in Ho Chi Minh City is seeking a Paralegal to support its legal team on a broad range of matters. This role offers hands-on exposure to both Vietnamese and cross-border legal work in a collaborative and professional environment, with opportunities for learning and development alongside experienced lawyers.

What you’ll do

• Support lawyers in preparing, reviewing, and filing legal documents, contracts, and regulatory submissions.

• Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and precedents, and summarise findings clearly.

• Translate legal documents and correspondence between Vietnamese and English accurately.

• Maintain and organise case files, manage deadlines, and assist with day-to-day administrative and legal tasks.

• Coordinate with lawyers, clients, and authorities as required to ensure smooth case progression.

What you bring

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) or higher degree in Law.

• 1–2 years of experience in a reputable law firm or similar legal environment.

• Strong written and spoken English, particularly in a legal context.

• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.

• A proactive, collaborative mindset and interest in developing a long-term legal career.
