Our client is seeking a Compliance Manager to join their team in Ho Chi Minh City. This role will be instrumental in promoting an appropriate integrity culture within the organisation, ensuring awareness and understanding of integrity and compliance and mitigating related risks.

What you'll do:
* Propose integrity & compliance programs/activities which will enhance integrity & compliance culture and reduce misconducts
* Work closely with Legal Manager and the global Compliance team to set out yearly integrity & compliance action plan
* Train teams internally and train new comers twice a months
* Establish and maintain database of compliance issues
* Develop and deploy tools to monitor the effectiveness of the integrity and compliance programs
* Perform periodic or sudden audits/investigation and handle the investigations

What you bring:
* Bachelor’s degree or above with major in Law, Finance can be considered but not prioritised

* 3+ years working experience in Compliance or Legal like Legal Consultancy or Law Firm

* Experience in MNC is a plus

* Fluency in Vietnamese and English
