What you'll do:

As the Head of Risk, Compliance and Legal, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that the company operates within all necessary guidelines and regulations. Your role will involve overseeing all risk, compliance and legal matters, making sure that the business complies with both internal guidelines and external regulatory provisions. You will also be responsible for monitoring and proposing amendments to Compliance Policies (CPs), as well as developing an appropriate Risk Framework. Providing legal support across all functions will also fall under your remit. This includes offering legal advice and reviewing documents/contracts. You will also manage relations with higher-level compliance entities.

• Oversee all risk, compliance and legal matters within the company
• Ensure business compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory provisions
• Monitor and propose amendments to Compliance Policies (CPs)
• Develop and implement an appropriate Risk Framework
• Provide legal support to all other functions, including legal advice and review documents/contracts
• Manage relations with higher-level compliance entities
• Coordinate and support all reviews, track and monitor implementation of action items
