Regulatory & Compliance Manager

As the Regulatory and Compliance Manager, you’ll ensure that all business operations align with local and international chemical, environmental, and product safety regulations. You’ll oversee compliance programs, manage regulatory submissions, liaise with government agencies and lead internal governance initiatives.

What you’ll do

  • Oversee compliance with laws (e.g. Law on Chemicals) and frameworks (SDS/GHS).

  • Manage audits, product registrations, and regulatory documentation.

  • Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions.

  • Develop internal compliance frameworks, policies, and training programs.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Legal, HR, Finance, and Sustainability teams.

  • Prepare compliance reports and represent the company in regulatory forums.

  • Mentor junior staff and promote a culture of integrity and accountability.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Chemistry, or related field.

  • 5+ years’ experience in compliance or regulatory affairs in Chemicals sector.

  • Strong knowledge of Vietnamese and global regulations.

  • Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects and audits.

  • Excellent communication in English and Vietnamese and reporting skills.

  • Experience engaging with authorities and mentoring team members.
