Introduction

Our client, a leading listed organization in FMCG with a complex shareholder structure to hire a Head of Corporate Governance & Company Secretary.

This is a high-visibility role working closely with the Board of Directors and executive leadership, in a fast-changing and dynamic environment.

What You Will Do

• Lead Board Office operations, including BOD and Committee meetings
• Oversee corporate governance, COSEC, and regulatory compliance
• Manage a team across Board Affairs, Governance, and Investor Relations
• Act as a key liaison between Board, General Director and shareholders
• Navigate complex stakeholder management and alignment
• Improve processes and governance frameworks across a multi-entity structure
• Support strategic initiatives and special projects

What You Will Bring

• 10+ years’ experience in Corporate Secretariat / Governance or Legal with exposure to BOD in listed or large organizations
• Articulated and strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Comfortable in fast-moving and complex environments
• Experience with multi-entity/group structures is a strong advantage
• Fluent English
