A leading global life science organisation is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to lead regulatory and trade compliance activities in Vietnam. You will work closely with government authorities, industry associations, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance, support business operations, and drive advocacy efforts. * Work with key authorities (Customs, MOIT, DOIT) and industry stakeholders * Lead regulatory and trade compliance for Vietnam operations

What you'll do:

  • Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, industry associations, NGOs, and internal teams
  • Engage with authorities on regulatory matters and advocacy
  • Manage product registration, licensing, and regulatory processes
  • Develop and update trade compliance SOPs and improve internal processes
  • Monitor regulatory changes, assess risks, and communicate impacts
  • Oversee import/export compliance, including HS codes and customs clearance
  • Support compliance assessments, reporting, and risk mitigation
  • Drive digitalisation and process improvements
  • Provide training and guidance on regulatory and compliance matters

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related fields (law/trade is a plus)
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in regulatory/trade compliance in MNC life sciences
  • Strong knowledge of Vietnam chemical regulations and hazardous chemical laws
  • Experience in import licensing and regulatory processes
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working with government authorities (especially MOIT/DOIT) and industry associations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Power BI/Power Automate is a plus
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese
