Associate Creative Director - Vietnamese

An exciting Associate Creative Director - Vietnamese job has arisen in a leading advertising firm in Ho Chi Minh City.

About the Associate Creative Director - Vietnamese Role:

You will responsible to develop and present innovative creative concepts that are able to guide the digital transformation of our clients. You have a pulse on creative trends in digital marketing and a creative sensibility that you can communicate to all departments. You will lead teams of art directors and designers, work alongside medical copy-righter to transform scientific insight into strong communication campaigns aimed at doctors and patients on a regional or global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will create big ideas that get results
• Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-skilled creative team, setting the creative vision for the organisation and maintaining high creative standards
• Find and develop working relationships with new creative and production vendors to execute campaigns.
• Ensure that final deliverables meet the strategic communication objective as defined by clients (internal and external)
• You excel at building strong cross-functional relationships in a fast-paced organisation to ensure alignment on deliverable quality and creative direction
• Develop multi-media extensions that extend campaigns across various channels

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• Proven ability to create and direct high-quality campaign creative
• Proficient in digital and social formats
• Experience working directly with talent and creators to collaborate on campaigns
• Experience in collaboration with non creative collaborators
• Experience managing a high volume of creative and campaign types in parallel
• A minimum of eight years significant experience, including five years management experience with growing responsibility
• Good English level (reading and writing). You will work with people and present to clients from all around the world
