About the Social Content Manager Role:

The Social Content Manager is responsible for creating and implementing marketing campaigns across social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and strengthen the brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

• Select the best social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, etc., based on the brand's image and goals
• Create and execute marketing campaigns on social media platforms to improve brand visibility
• Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices to educate both internal and external stakeholders
• Work with agencies to develop a diverse volume of content and services aligned with the brand strategy and consumer insights to tell real-time brand stories
• Plan and manage the content needs of key business partners, such as shopee, LZD, hasaki, pharmacies, etc., to strengthen the brand image
• Develop social-friendly content for key partners based on the brand's promotional and marketing calendar to increase brand buzz and engagement with potential customers
• Collaborate with dermatologists, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and celebrities to be a spokesperson for the brand and establish long-term relationships to increase organic brand exposure
• Monitor and manage the brand's online ranking, including tracking brand social media discussions to ensure optimal performance
• Identify key competitors and develop insightful counter plans as needed to maintain the brand's online ranking.

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• The ideal candidate for this position should have at least five years of experience in a marketing agency with a focus on creative and booking KOLs. They should also possess excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese, be proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT), have strong project management skills, and be able to execute plans effectively
