About the Country Manager Role:

As the Country Manager for in Vietnam, you will play a pivotal role in establishing our presence, developing a localized strategy, and acquiring advertisers and publishers in the Vietnamese market. You will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team, setting up the office infrastructure, and driving revenue growth through affiliate marketing partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive market entry strategy for Vietnam, including market analysis, competitor research, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential advertisers and publishers in Vietnam, negotiating partnerships and affiliate agreements to drive revenue.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage a talented team of affiliate marketing professionals, ensuring they are aligned with the company's objectives and culture.
• Establish and manage the office in Ho Chi Minh City, handling all administrative and operational aspects to ensure smooth business operations.
• Implement performance tracking and reporting mechanisms to measure the success of affiliate marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
• Develop and manage the country budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve business goals.
• Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to your team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and consumer behaviour in Vietnam to adapt strategies accordingly.
• Regularly report to senior management on the progress, challenges, and opportunities in the Vietnamese market.

To succeed in the role, you should have a strong understanding about Affiliate Marketing and Strategy.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Around 10 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or related roles, with a minimum of five years in a leadership position
• Strong network and relationships within the Vietnamese advertising and publishing industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to a rapidly changing environment
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and technologies is a plus
• Fluency in Vietnamese and English is required
