What you'll do:

As a Media Planning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the consumer journey across multiple touchpoints. You will take charge of media planning and optimisation for key brands, ensuring alignment with brand plans. Your expertise will be crucial in developing an annual OOH strategic plan that addresses brand J2BD and business KPIs. You will also be responsible for identifying suitable livestream platforms to effectively reach the target audience. Your role will involve monitoring and analysing affiliate marketing strategies' performance and making necessary adjustments to optimise marketing strategies. Furthermore, you will collaborate with key partners to test new solutions and innovations that drive business growth.

  • Take lead in media planning, optimisation, and measurement process for key brands
  • Develop OOH Annual strategic plan for each brand & portfolio addressing brand J2BD & business KPI
  • Work closely with the media supervisor to develop strategic channel/media approaches
  • Manage budget by campaign & by channel to be on track with finalized Campaign Media Plan & annual media budgets
  • Monitor and analyse affiliate marketing strategies ‘performance, including evaluating brand performance and optimizing marketing strategies.
  • Develop reporting & optimization workflow on social listening for all social KOL communities related topics
  • Collaborate with key partners to develop & testing new solution/ innovation to drive growth for business

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Media Planning Manager position brings a wealth of experience in Media/Communication along with strong expertise in integrated media planning and buying. You are someone who thrives in data-focused roles and has a knack for logical thinking and problem-solving. Your excellent presentation skills enable you to influence others effectively while your management skills ensure smooth operations within your team. Your ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail sets you apart from others.

  • At least 5-year experience in Media/Communication
  • Strong expertise in integrated media planning & buying
  • Experience of working in data focused roles
  • Good presentation skills & influence skills
  • Good management skills
  • Logic thinking & Problem solving skill
