Marketing Manager

One of the biggest MNC companies is looking for a Marketing Manager in HCMC. In this job, you will work independently and be responsible for all marketing activities to achieve the KPI.

About the Marketing Manager Role:

In this role you will be responsible for promoting the development and the implementation of a marketing strategy to grow the awareness of company and its products in the region, to advance the company’s position and to support sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and forecasts to achieve and support organisational strategy and objectives
• Support the team with strategic analysis of the market, trends and segments
• Working closely with our customers marketing teams to support growth through insights in markets trends and new product development
• Perform and evaluate market research, competitor analyses and trends analyses to determine customer needs and support sales
• On behalf of company, be an active speaker/spokesperson at relevant seminars and forums as well as be active on agreed social media platforms
• Establish a sustainable, strategic approach to PR, including social media channels, and implement the global PR goals designed to enhance company brand promise
• Create and translate content for press releases or articles that fits in the regional debate regularly to grow the company’s awareness
• Develop and implement communication and sales material based on corporate brand guidelines from HQ
• Be responsible for event planning/exhibitions and managing the team developing and implementing the events
• The position includes marketing budget responsibility

To succeed in this role, you should have proven track record of successfully having implemented marketing activities which achieved sales performance.

Key Requirements:

• Has been working within the packaging or FMCG (preferably food) business
• Stays up-to-date regarding developments and trends within packaging, food and ingredients
• Develops, integrates, and implements PR activities designed to enhance company brand promise
• Cultivates and maintains strong customer and media relationships
• Has experience in conducting segment analysis
• Has experience in working with social media channels
• Has a to-do mind set and ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
• Is a team-player with an open and prestigeless mindset willing to do both strategical and operational tasks
