Communication Manager

An exciting Communication Manager job has become available at one of the most respected global firms based in HCMC. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing & Communication and leading the brand communication team to develop and build brand awareness.

About the Communication Manager Role:

In this business critical role you will be responsible for develops, manage and maintain marketing communication materials, all forms of visual media for assigned products/brands, assuring end result meets strategy and marketing goals set by brand management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develops and implements annual operation plan of brand communications for the assigned corporate and product brands under the approved marketing & communications strategies
• Responsible for the creative look of assigned products/brands and associated communication materials.
• Develop content building online/ offline, even social content/ digital (especially content in-house)
• Assures media follows brand art and style standards within and across brands
• Manage all communication activities in social/ digital platform.
• Keep close liaison with functional departments and sales operation departments
• Plan and organise nation-wide marketing communication campaigns to guide the consumer attention and deliver the key messages on a timely basis to enhance brand awareness

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• At least seven years of experience with two years in managerial roles in both agency and in-house, with expertise in communication, creative, strategic content planning
• Hands-on experience communication campaign planning & executing
• Candidate who has background/portfolio in FMCG, nutrition, beauty will be a big plus
• Knowledge about online media is a must. Working/Serving for global brand before is an advantage
• Good analytical & problem-solving skills
• Good leadership & team player
• Fluent in English
