PR/Communication Executive

One of the leading sanitary ware brand in Vietnam is finding talents for the PR/Communication Executive job to helps to expand the brand name in the Vietnam market.

About the PR/Communication Executive Role:

PR specialists are responsible for building and maintaining a network of relationships around the company to ensure good relationships with the public, improve brand awareness and image to the community (media agencies, newspapers). Execution of corporate communication and product communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and propose PR communication plans, internal communication for the corporation
• Being the person in charge of maintaining relationships with reporters and press in the industry
• Directly writing press releases and communication materials to provide and inform press agencies about the Corporation's activities
• Execution of corporate communication and product communication
• Implementing internal communication activities; Monitoring business activities on press and social networks in order to quickly detect possible crises
• handling communication crises (if any)
• Directly participating in press and sponsorship activities
• Reporting to the Marketing Manager of the corporation

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• University graduate majoring in Journalism - Communication, Foreign Relations or related majors
• knowledge in journalism, communication and PR
• Well understanding about social media
• Good English skills in terms of both writing and communication
• Having good relationships and working experience with press agencies is an advantage. Essential professional knowledge: Understanding advertising and communication, being able to make use of technology platforms; Understanding of the real estate market, building materials
• Minimum three years of experience in journalism, PR, internal communication
• Ability to work independently and in groups; communication skills; problem solving and decision-making skills
• Good office computer skills for work activities: Word, Power Point, Multi Media in design
