Marketing Communication Manager (HCM)

One of the biggest MNC companies is looking for Communication and Marketing Manager. In this job, you will work and be responsible for all sales activities to achieve the target.

About the Communication and Marketing Manager Role:

In this business critical role you will be responsible for the general marketing plans as well having good communication both externally and internally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively engages internal and external stakeholders to enhance and strengthen company's brand identity and leverage brand equity
• Coordinates all corporate marketing and branding activities and projects to maintain consistent brand image of the company in all applications
• Definition of communication strategy for the respective discipline (marketing communication, sales communication, internal communication) including choice of appropriate communication platform/media and creation of a yearly media/communication plan.
• Sourcing information, adapting them to regional needs and feeding them into the communication platforms/media (e.g. launch campaigns via web, regular Management Team information on internal newsletter).

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• Preferred – Graduate in arts/ humanities/ Marketing/ Economy or other relevant majors with at least four years experience in B2B, industrial is a plus
• Strong skill set Digital Marketing, six to eight years of working experience
• Proficient in using MS Office or equivalent productivity tools
• Familiar with basics of communication design, video production & photo editing software
• Able to work efficiently and independently and as part of local/ regional teams
• Experience in planning/executing marketing communications projects would be added advantage
• Good command of English
