What you'll do:
As a Marketing Manager, your role will be pivotal in driving our client's market development activities. You will be responsible for providing direction to ensure that local marketing and communication plans align with overall strategies. Your excellent project management skills will be utilised as you manage various vendors to implement these plans. You will oversee media buy plans, advising on new opportunities and coordinating with relevant parties. Your creativity will shine through as you take charge of all marketing materials and messaging, ensuring alignment across the company. Additionally, you will lead new initiatives such as the company's furniture display program. Your role will also involve working closely with the Vietnam team on planning itineraries for various events such as government mission programs, trade shows, workshops, seminars etc. Lastly, your strong written communication skills will be essential as you are responsible for writing and submitting regular reports on the progress of the program.

* Manage the company's marketing agency and other supporting vendors to plan and implement the marketing plan.
* Oversee media buy plan, advising the team on existing and new opportunities.
* Responsible for all marketing materials and messaging, including managing the development across the company.
* Lead initiatives such as the company's furniture display program.
* Work closely with the Vietnam team on planning and development of itineraries for government mission programs, trade shows, workshops, seminars etc.
* Responsible for writing and submitting regular reports on progress of the program.
* Support the development of work plans and management of budget(s) for strategic marketing activities.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Marketing Manager position brings a wealth of experience in marketing management roles. You hold a bachelor degree with a specialization in Marketing Communications, Commerce or Business Administration. Your experience includes managing marketing agencies, contractors, service providers and various related agencies. You have a proven track record of working with varied stakeholder groups and developing effective working relationships. Experience working for an international firm and handling multilingual marketing materials is essential. Familiarity and experience working with a CRM system is also required. Above all, you possess excellent written and verbal business communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
