What you'll do:
As Corporate Affairs Director based in Ho Chi Minh City, you will play a central role in shaping both internal strategy and external perception for one of the world’s most respected pharmaceutical organisations. - Design and execute local strategies for Patient Access, Value Communication, and Public Affairs in alignment with business objectives focused on diabetes and obesity.
- Deliver reimbursement submissions, HTA assessments, pricing strategies, and tender applications to maximise market access for innovative therapies.
- Shape external messaging to key stakeholders including policymakers, payers, healthcare professionals, patient groups, and the public to positively influence public affairs and government policy.
- Monitor the evolving patient access landscape as well as changes in the healthcare system to identify trends that inform strategic actions for local market access.
- Drive implementation of value communication tools to enhance recognition of product value propositions and ensure successful uptake in the local market.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Sales, Clinical, Medical & Regulatory to support government affairs priorities and secure seamless execution of aligned tactics.
- Develop and sustain partnerships with regional affiliates across Southeast Asia as well as internal teams to drive coordinated market access initiatives.
- Manage and develop a team of direct reports by setting clear annual objectives while providing coaching, recognition, and career development support.
