About the Digital Marketing Executive Role:

Be responsible for working in close collaboration with both MPH & MCH marketing teams to effectively design end-to-end customer / omnichannel journeys as well as planning, executing, tracking and optimising digital marketing activities. As an integral part of the country marketing team, you will be the process owner for IQVIA OCE Marketing and will act as the local champion / subject matter expert on customer journey / campaign development, content strategy, marketing automation, KPI measurement and continual campaign optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of brand / customer strategy and identify how Digital / OCE Marketing can support brand strategic priorities
  • Work with brand teams to develop a deep understanding of target customer segments / personas and identify customer behaviour's, preferences and leverage points for campaigns, in order to drive penalisation, efficiency and impact of our marketing activities
  • Partner with brand teams to build, design and execute structured and personalised customer journeys / campaigns across a variety of innovative digital channels
  • Work with brand teams to set KPIs and track / monitor / analyse campaign execution. Ensure ‘closed loop marketing by assessing campaign metrics / response / impact, taking learnings forward and adjusting for future campaigns to optimise impact
  • Building strong local capabilities by training and developing local brand teams on Digital / OCE marketing tools, processes, customer journeys and campaign development
  • Drive digital best practice sharing across the local and regional brand teams
  • This position would report directly to the Marketing Director, working closely with the brand managers in the marketing team (both MPH & MCH). The role will be required to work with relevant cross functional stakeholders, across medical, sales, training, legal and compliance

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Business
  • At least three years of working experience in marketing / digital marketing within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Understanding of IQVIA OCE Marketing / Salesforce is desirable
  • Experience in content strategy and digital campaign execution
  • Have a strong analytical/strategic mindset and data-based approach
  • Have a strong ownership and passion to win
  • Proven track record in managing agency partnerships as well as successfully managing internal and
    external stakeholders
  • Good network in e-commerce business
