E-commerce Manager

An exciting E-commerce Manager job has arisen in a leading firm in Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam.

About the E-com Manager Role:

This key position will be responsible for the growth and managing the digital channels of commerce in Vietnam. The role will need to cross-work functionally and collaborate with multiple teams from local, regional and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the digital channels of Vietnam market, including build and manage the relationship with market place, e-distributors, enabler and agency
• Review the service levels periodically to ensure best in class experience for shoppers on different platforms
• Take ownership of P&L for digital channel as to ensure the spends are in line with aligned phasing and to drive the growth ambition
• Achieve the net sales & net profit for Vietnam marketing in all product lines
• Work closely with regional team to localize strategy to adapt with Vietnam market.
• Define & drive the customer strategy of the business in view of the competition, trends & complexity of the sub-channels

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• Seven years’ experience in sales, ecommerce, KA management
• Strong understanding of e-commerce / digital
• Experience in working with online marketplaces and different digital e channels: retail & CVS online, ecom platforms, on-demand platforms
• Deep understanding and management of all e-Commerce metrics
• Expertise in both strategy & plan development, as well as execution of demand generation, merchandising and marketing programs to drive online business growth
• Ability to navigate complex situations managing multiple activities simultaneously
• Good interpersonal skills and proven ability to develop long term, effective and influential business relationships with key decision makers which drive mutual growth
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively, challenge the status quo with a can-do attitude and adopt a continuous improvement mindset to identify opportunities for enhancement
