About the Creative Dỉrector Role:

In the role of Creative Director, your responsibilities will encompass supervising teams in the creation of user-centred outcomes. You will contribute to collaborative ideation sessions addressing client requirements and frequently serve as the bridge between interconnected divisions. Demonstrating expertise in your domain and staying current with trends spanning digital art, advertising, and marketing is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously
• Allocating resources based on the specific requirements of each project
• Guiding the conceptualization and development of innovative materials
• Ensuring uniform brand identity and message coherence across various communication channels
• Achieving client objectives, upholding values, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines
• Orchestrating and actively participating in collaborative idea generation sessions
• Staying abreast of the latest trends, tactics, and technologies in the field
• Assessing the performance of the creative team and providing constructive guidance for enhancement
• Offering hands-on feedback to staff members in a supportive manner
• Establishing both creative and strategic objectives for the team
• Influencing creative choices through collaborative feedback and team-building
• Enforcing adherence to best practices across all client projects

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• Demonstrated capability to conceive and lead top-notch campaign creative
• Skilled in handling Digital and Social media formats adeptly
• Track record of collaborating directly with talent and content creators for campaign partnerships
• Experience in coordinating with non-creative stakeholders
• Proven ability to oversee a substantial volume of creative projects and campaigns concurrently
• Minimum of eight years of substantial experience, including 5 years in progressively responsible management roles
• Solid proficiency in English (both written and verbal). Your interactions will encompass a global clientele and cross-cultural presentations
• Having a varied background with a strong portfolio in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, personal care, or healthcare is advantageous
