Our client is seeking a Senior Product Analyst for their Digital Customer Experience team. This role is based in the vibrant city of Ho Chi Minh and offers an exciting opportunity to shape the digital customer experience strategy. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of digital marketing consulting, sharing industry best practices, and providing data analytics to drive sales and marketing decisions. What you'll do:

As a Senior Product Analyst in our Digital Customer Experience team, you will play a pivotal role in defining our DCX strategic plan. You will collaborate with various teams, provide insightful digital marketing consulting, and share industry best practices. Your understanding of MarTech tools will be crucial in working with the DCX PO to define our DCX product roadmap. You will also work closely with our solution analysis/architect team for architect alignment. Your role extends beyond planning as you will work with the PO, IT dev team, and vendors to ensure product delivery by PI/Sprint planning. Furthermore, your expertise in data analytics will be instrumental in driving sales and marketing decision making.

  • Cooperate with Enterprise Digital Demand Creation team and regional/local BU digital marketing team to define DCX strategic plan.
  • Provide digital marketing consulting analysis and share industry best practices.
  • Understand MarTech tools’ capability and work with DCX PO to define DCX product roadmap.
  • Work closely with solution analysis/architect team for architect alignment.
  • Work with PO, IT dev team and vendor to ensure product delivery by PI/Sprint planning.
  • Provide data analytics to drive sales and marketing decision making.
  • OCM including user training & adoption to ensure better system functionality understanding.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Senior Product Analyst role brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in digital marketing. You hold a Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, e-commerce or a computer science related field and have at least 5 years of experience in the digital marketing field. Your skills span across various platforms and tools such as Customer Journey Mapping, Website DXP/CMS, SEO/SEM, Marketing automation platforms, Social marketing, Video/Livestream management, Google Analytics, DMP/CDP, Microsoft Office, and PowerBI. Your excellent communication & collaboration skills enable you to work cohesively with teams and manage conflicts constructively. You are highly self-motivated, results-driven, and possess an agile mindset open to adaptation based on experience and feedback.

  • Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, e-commerce or computer science related field.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Minimum 5 years’ digital marketing experience.
  • Experience with Customer Journey Mapping, Website DXP/CMS (WordPress/Adobe AEM/Sitecore/DAM/PIM), SEO/SEM, Marketing automation platform (Marketo/HubSpot/SF Marketing Cloud), Social marketing (Facebook/WhatsApp/WeChat/Line/etc.), Video/Livestream management, Google Analytics, DMP/CDP, Microsoft Office, PowerBI.
  • Excellent communication & collaboration skills.
  • Ability to conduct research into a wide range of computing issues as required.
  • Highly self-motivated and directed.
  • Results driven and oriented with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
