* Lead the comprehensive planning, organisation, and execution of a wide variety of colleague events including corporate townhalls, mid-year celebrations, fireside chats, leadership conferences, offsites, and more.
* Source, negotiate with, and coordinate vendors, venues, and external partners to guarantee smooth event delivery that aligns with organisational standards.
* Develop original concepts and themes for events that reflect company objectives and brand identity while ensuring all content is engaging and relevant.
* Create detailed scripts, show flows, and content briefs for each event; manage drafting processes, stakeholder reviews, rehearsals, and final approvals.
* Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as IT, HR, media relations, marketing teams, volunteers, and finance to provide comprehensive support for all event needs.
* Oversee event budgets by negotiating contracts with suppliers and ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or experience.
* Manage all administrative aspects of events including documentation submission (ICPs), maintaining Smartsheet reports, tracking progress, and ensuring compliance with internal processes.
* Conduct thorough post-event evaluations to measure success against objectives; identify areas for improvement through feedback collection and analysis.
* Coordinate the production of post-event photos, videos, and promotional materials for distribution across internal platforms (such as MFCentral or MFTV) as well as select external channels.
* Support regional or global events held locally or broadcasted into the Vietnam market by collaborating with cross-border teams.
