What you'll do:
As a Sales & Marketing Director, you will be at the forefront of our client's real estate operations in Ho Chi Minh. Your role will involve leading a dedicated team, overseeing all related functions such as sales, marketing, strategy planning. You will participate in the conceptual development of all real estate projects, advising on potential issues from market and customer perspectives. Your ability to develop and manage annual budgets will be crucial, along with your skill in representing the company in interactions with various business partners and agencies. Your role will also involve developing plans for all sales and marketing activities to achieve set targets.
* Lead the sales and marketing team of the Company and oversee all related functions
* Participate in the conceptual development of all real estate projects
* Advise the project development division of potential problems/issues from market and customer perspectives
* Develop and manage annual budgets for the department
* Act as representative of the Company in interactions with various business partners and agencies
* Develop and execute plans for all sales and marketing activities to achieve sales targets
* Seek out new customers and new sales opportunities
* Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential
* Provide leadership to the day-to-day operations of the sales and marketing department
* Recruit, train and develop the sales and marketing team
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Sales & Marketing Director role brings a wealth of experience in sales & marketing within the real estate sector. With 8-10 years' experience under your belt, you have honed your managerial skills working with credible developers or international property consultants. Your excellent communication skills are matched by your strong leadership and management abilities. Your experience with a large-scale developer or leading agency will be advantageous in this role, as will your strong PR and presentation skills. As a goal-driven individual, you are also a team player who can influence and empower other team members. * 8 - 10 years’ experience in sales & marketing
* Managerial experience with credible real estate developers or international property consultants
* Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
* Good leadership and management skills
* Experience with a large-scale developer or leading agency is an advantage
* Strong PR and presentation skills
* Goal-driven individuality with strong team player mentality
* Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, initiative in a high-pressure environment
