What you'll do:

As Scientific Marketing Manager based in Ho Chi Minh, you will be entrusted with driving the development of medical marketing strategies that elevate the brand’s standing within Vietnam’s healthcare sector. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to craft integrated plans that resonate with both internal stakeholders and external partners. You will take charge of monitoring scientific trends and competitor activities to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of innovation. By organising educational events such as workshops and seminars, you will facilitate knowledge sharing while strengthening relationships with healthcare professionals. Your role also includes circulating expertise throughout departments via targeted training sessions, supporting a Training Specialist in delivering accurate product information.   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build integrated medical plans and create compelling communication content tailored for diverse audiences.
  • Conduct thorough scientific and competitor monitoring and analysis within medical areas to inform strategic decisions and maintain market leadership.
  • Strategise and implement effective launch plans for new products and innovations, validating medical communications and adapting content for various targets.
  • Establish and nurture business relationships with key customers and healthcare industry leaders, creating visiting plans to deliver communication initiatives and achieve product goals.
  • Organise, manage, and oversee medical education events, workshops, and seminars that foster knowledge sharing among stakeholders.
  • Circulate scientific and medical expertise across departments by conducting training sessions for Medical Representatives and relevant external partners.
  • Supervise and support a Training Specialist in reviewing and validating training content, ensuring accurate product knowledge is delivered efficiently to all stakeholders.
  • Lead the scientific delivery of information to both external and internal stakeholders with high quality standards, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Build stronger brand presence through increased recommendations from healthcare professionals, measured by market share growth, sales performance, event success, partnership quality, and positive feedback from the medical community.
