About the Regional Marketing Head Role:
Our client is a fast-growing SaaS company in the EduTech space, operating mainly in Singapore, Vietnam, and Malaysia. As the Regional Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition across Singapore, Vietnam, and Malaysia.
Working closely with the respective country’s commercial leads, you will play a critical role in building our brand presence and ensuring marketing success in the region. Develop and execute regional marketing plans aligned with the company's overall marketing strategy and objectives
Drive brand awareness and establish the company as a thought leader in the Edutech industry
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing campaigns and initiatives that resonate with target audiences
Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence.
Manage digital marketing channels, including website, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, to drive engagement and lead generation
Oversee the planning and execution of regional events, conferences, and webinars to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads
Work closely with the sales team to align marketing activities with sales objectives and support lead conversion.
Track, analyse, and report on marketing campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimisation
Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to enhance marketing effectiveness and maximise ROI
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement
To succeed in the role, you should have a strong understanding about Marketing and SaaS/Edutech.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications are a plus. Proficient in Vietnamese
Five to eight years in technology marketing roles across all 360 aspects, preferably with regional marketing experience across Southeast Asia
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns
Excellent knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
Analytical mindset with the ability to track, analyse, and interpret marketing performance data
Experience in the Edutech or related industries is a plus
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence key stakeholders
Self-driven, hands-on, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for driving results
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
