About the Head of Marketing Role:
The Marketing Director for our F&B Retail in Vietnam will be responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies with a strong emphasis on digital channels. This role demands a creative and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing platforms, analytics, and consumer behaviour.
The ideal candidate will possess a passion for food and beverage trends and possess the expertise to leverage digital channels to enhance brand awareness, engage customers, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a cohesive digital marketing strategy aligned with the overall marketing objectives and business goals
Identify target audience segments, understand their preferences, and create personalised digital campaigns to effectively reach and engage them
Define and reinforce the brand identity, ensuring brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
Craft compelling messaging and creative content that resonates with the target audience and differentiates our brand in the competitive F&B market
Oversee the management of all social media channels, ensuring timely and engaging content updates.
Monitor social media performance, track key metrics, and analyse data to optimise campaigns for maximum impact
Develop a content strategy that aligns with the brand voice and resonates with the target audience across various digital platforms (website, social media, email marketing, etc.)
Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality and visually appealing content, including images, videos, blog posts, and other media
Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns (e.g., PPC, display ads, social media ads) to drive traffic, generate leads, and boost conversions
Utilise data-driven insights to optimise ad performance and ROI
Plan, coordinate, and oversee a variety of events to promote the F&B business and build strong connections with the target audience
Organise product launches, festivals, and other experiential events to create memorable experiences for customers
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution, including logistics, branding, and promotions
Identify strategic sponsorship opportunities and partnerships with relevant industry events, community gatherings, and music-related organisations
Negotiate and manage sponsorship agreements to maximise brand exposure and generate positive ROI from events
To succeed in the role, you should have a strong understanding about Marketing and Hospitality.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience of at least eight years in marketing roles, with a significant focus on digital marketing and event management, preferably within the F&B or hospitality industry
Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and performance marketing techniques.
Experience with social media management, content creation, and SEO strategies
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
