What you'll do:
As Head of Marketing, you will be at the forefront of our prestigious condominium project's sales and marketing efforts. Your role will involve strategic planning, execution, marketing, branding, budgetary management, agency management, among other responsibilities. You will be expected to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business objectives while conducting thorough market research to identify target segments. Your ability to monitor market trends will be crucial in adjusting our strategies accordingly. Collaborating with our development team will ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts. Your creativity will shine through as you develop innovative marketing campaigns across various platforms. Managing our brand image will be key to maintaining our reputation in the market. As part of your role, you'll also recruit an efficient marketing team to support these initiatives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify target segments and develop effective marketing campaigns.
- Support the Sales Gallery & Show Units for budget and design.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts and project timelines.
- Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, PR, and traditional advertising.
- Create compelling marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and video content.
- Manage the brand image and reputation of the project through consistent messaging and branding guidelines.
- Recruit and organise an efficient marketing team.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget.
