Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to oversee their comprehensive Go-To-Market strategy for the Consumer laptop segment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to spearhead branding and promotional campaigns, playing a pivotal role in driving the growth of the company's Systems Business Consumer segment.

What you'll do:
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the comprehensive Go-To-Market strategy for the Consumer laptop segment. You will work closely with various teams to develop end-to-end B2C marketing strategies, manage budgets, and increase brand awareness. Your role will also involve coordinating with HQ and working with vendors and partners for funding allocation. Additionally, you will manage and coordinate a local team.
- Market intelligence - understanding buyers’ behavior & purchasing journey and the competitive landscape
- Work closely with Product Manager, Sales Manager and Regional Marketing Director to develop end-to-end B2C marketing strategies
- Develop Quarterly Go-To-Market Plan & oversee marketing budget
- Coordinate with HQ to align corporate direction & local execution
- Work with vendors and partners for funding allocation
- Increase brand awareness by defining product and brand positioning and perception
- Manage and coordinate local team
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Marketing Manager role will bring at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the B2C industry. You should have proven success in leadership and team management, along with strong analytical and project management skills. Experience in marketing technology products/services or consumer electronics would be advantageous. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills are essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. Fluency in both oral & written English is required.
- At least 5 years experience as a Product Marketing / Marketing Manager / Brand Manager or similar role in B2C industry
- Proven experience & success in leadership & team management
- Experience in marketing technology products/services or Consumer electronics is a plus
- Strong analytical and project management skills with high attention to detail
- Good communication & presentation skills with experience in public speaking
- Ability to influence and negotiate with various internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Power Point and Excel
- Fluent in both oral & written English
