What you’ll do
As Medical Marketing Director – Dermo-Cosmetics, you will lead the medical vision for the portfolio, ensuring scientific excellence, ethical engagement, and impactful communication across the healthcare ecosystem. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and global medical teams to elevate brand legitimacy and support long-term growth.
Key responsibilities include:

Define and execute a robust medical strategy for the Dermo-Cosmetics portfolio, aligned with global medical frameworks and local business objectives.

Establish and strengthen strategic partnerships with learned societies, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and patient associations to reinforce scientific leadership and medical credibility.

Oversee medical education programmes, scientific events, and participation in key congresses to maximise brand visibility and impact.

Engage KOLs through structured consulting, training, advisory boards, and multi-channel scientific activities including digital platforms, media, and live events.

Lead the definition and strategic deployment of medical detailing approaches in close collaboration with brand management and marketing teams.

Identify synergies across brands to optimise territorial coverage and resource allocation within medical detailing activities.

Build, structure, and lead high-performing regional medical teams by empowering managers through clear objectives and actionable medical plans.

Develop and monitor performance indicators linking medical activities to prescription trends, brand adoption, and commercial performance.

Drive continuous professionalisation of the medical function through best-in-class training programmes covering disease knowledge, product science, communication skills, and ethical standards.

Lead integrated multi-channel scientific communication strategies and oversee the local implementation of international surveys and observational studies.
